Bah! A post about New Year’s resolutions! How novel and creative!
But tis’ the season, so I’m going to ask about them anyway. Before I do, I want to tell you how I’m approaching it.
I’ve always disliked New Year’s resolutions. Why do we need a new year to make a new beginning? Start today, not on 1/1! Try to improve and reinvent yourself daily!
I realize that’s a lot to ask, so maybe taking stock annually is a good idea. Kind of like rebalancing your portfolio. But I’m still not going about it the typical way.

Measuring success: I’m not sure. I’ll probably attempt to put on 2 pounds per month. I’m going to see how the first month goes and take it from there.
Quarter 3: Happiness
